As the situation with COVID-19 changes day-to-day, our top priority during this challenging times continues to be health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.  

In some cases due to the volatility of the current Supply Chain situation around the world some items can be received between 3-20 days.  We try to keep our inventory replenished in the United States, however, some items need to be replenished by our Vendor overseas.  We try our best to find the fastest, less expensive option to get your product(s) to you.  We appreciate your business and your patience.  Never the less, always email us at for updates and/or questions.  We will also update your tracking status. 

Apparel & Accessories Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days and some items 14 days.  Please email for returns and/or exchanges.  Upon validation we will send you a label for return.  All returns only will be subjected to a $6.00 restocking fee and will be deducted from original amount paid. Once product has been received we will refund the full amount minus restocking fee including shipping fees.  

Exchanges please email details and all tags must be attached and product unused or unworn. We will electronically send you a label to exchange.  Only when the items are received will we make the exchange. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Some Brands which are noted in the listing have a 14-day return policy.  The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. 

For these items being returned to be eligible, the item(s) must be have receipt, unused, Tag(s) attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and Cosmetics cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- health, personal care & Cosmetic items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and also check the Shopping Channel that you purchased on.  

Sale items (if applicable)
sale items will be refunded at the price you paid with receipt, tags and unused. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for Cosmetics. All sales for cosmetics are final.

In the event you must Return a package (Apparel & Accessories only): 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5550 26th Ave S., Seattle WA 98108, United States.  Shipping costs are customers responsibility for the return.  If exchanged for additional items, no charge for shipping to ship replacement item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
